RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your timely return. We will accept items for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must include original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items are non-returnable. No returns on custom sized products.

Returns and exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email.

Please Note: For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier ( i.e, FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post ) and retain your receipt. Anknana is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.


SHIPPING POLICY

Free First Class USPS Shipping on all orders.

Shipment Timing- Two Day, Three Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time. Please note that UPS only delivers Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Do not include Saturday and Sunday when estimating UPS shipment delivery.
