Return And Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your timely return. We will accept items for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must include original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items are non-returnable. No returns on custom sized bracelets.
Returns and exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email.
Please Note: For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier ( i.e, FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post ) and retain your receipt. Anknana is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
